InCube Shop Blog Bash was a fantastic event!

Delicious InCube cupcakes

The InCube Shop hosted an exciting evening for local bloggers and creatives last week down at 9B Gilmour Street, Paisley. The ‘#InCubeBlogBash’ welcomed bloggers including Bonamy from Cosmic Cream, Lisa Marie Ferla from Last Years Girl and Siva O’Neill from Nocturnelegant.

Bloggers had the chance to hear about the InCube Shop from our talented entrepreneurs themselves and look at the latest collections from our InCube businesses. We treated the bloggers to the cutest InCube cupcakes, and a selection of yummy bites, which went down a treat!

Siobhan Gray, the founder of Vonnie Designs, hosted a fun styling challenge where bloggers were asked to style a Vonnie Designs scarf in the most unique way possible. Bonamy, blogger at Cosmic Cream, won this challenge with her funky head scarf style and will now be the lucky owner of a scarf from Vonnie Designs new ‘Paisley’ collection, to be released next month. Don’t worry if you missed out on this styling challenge, Vonnie Designs is currently running a styling competition on Facebook, so get styling!

Our talented guest traders, 3dna Designs jewellery and LW Graphics also attended the event to share their unique products with the bloggers.

It was great to welcome everyone to the InCube Shop and let them hear about what InCube is doing for young creative retail businesses in Renfrewshire. It is such an exciting time to be in Paisley at the moment, and we’re currently planning future events similar to last weeks InCube Blog Bash. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled on our website and social media to stay updated with the latest news and events from InCube!

InCube is Invest in Renfrewshire’s new business programme to launch and grow creative businesses. As many as 20 young businesses will win an InCube place every year. They’ll get a package of support that’s worth more than £11,000 and includes funding and support from Renfrewshire's leading business people.
