Two InCube businesses – Karen Hanvidge Ceramics and KCD are going to run very interesting workshops at the beginning of December.

Children aged 8-16 can attend fun and free workshops by Karen Hanvidge Ceramics. Children will learn to make pinch pots, coil pots, and slab building, surface decoration and finishing techniques. All work will be glazed and fired for children to keep. Workshop run thanks to Paisley 2021 funding. First workshop will be held in Paisley Museum on 27th November at 2pm (until 4:30pm). Book this one and any future workshops by contacting Karen directly.


Adults interested in making personalised workshops (think about Christmas gift!) are welcome to attend KCD’s Traditional Lampshade Making Workshop. The workshop is suitable for beginners and it costs only £39. All materials are included in the price but everyone is welcome to bring they favourite fabric (min. 25x100cm). Workshop will be held in Paisley Abbey 10th December 10:30am-12:30pm.

InCube is Invest in Renfrewshire’s new business programme to launch and grow creative businesses. As many as 20 young businesses will win an InCube place every year. They’ll get a package of support that’s worth more than £11,000 and includes funding and support from Renfrewshire's leading business people.
